The Eyeshadow Pencil by NUI Cosmetics is a shimmering eyeshadow pencil that can also be used as a kajal and eyeliner. The gentle formula is enriched with jojoba oil and antioxidant gamma oryzanol which provides an intense colour payoff. The smooth texture is easy to apply and blends out to make your eyes shine.
The shimmer pen is available in 2 colours.
Application:
- Apply the eyeshadow pencil as you would an eye shadow.
- Apply evenly to the eyelids and carefully blend everything with your fingers or a brush.
- Since the product can also be used as kajal and eyeliner, you can also apply it to the waterline or close to the lash line.
