Elly Plant-Based Top & Base Coat by OZN is a plant-based base and top coat that dries quickly.
As a base coat, it offers the perfect basis for every manicure and helps to make applying the nail polish easier. At the same time, it ensures longer wearability. The consistency ensures a smoother surface by balancing out grooves and unevenness. In addition, the nail polish prevents the colour from chipping and discolouration.
As a top coat, it protects the colour whilst providing a glossy finish.

Application:

File the nails and remove any oily residues.
Do not use hand cream or other nourishing products before applying nail polish.
Apply a thin layer of top and base coat evenly and allow it to dry completely.
Then, apply the nail varnish and let it dry.
Finally, paint over the nails once more using the base and top coat.
