Thanks to the clarifying properties of rose and witch hazel water, the herbal complex also provides a toning effect. Application:
- After cleansing and toning, gently massage or pat 2-3 drops of the serum onto the skin.
- Apply a moisturiser.
- Use morning and evening for optimal results.
