Description
The Potent C Power Eye Cream counteracts dark circles, swelling and the appearance of crow's feet for lasting smoothness and brightness instantly. This highly effective eye cream contains THD ascorbate which is 50 times more powerful than traditional vitamin C. Caffeine and Phyco'derm unite to reduce the appearance of dark circles and fine lines. Highly concentrated vitamin C, vitamin E and ferulic acid lend the eye area a youthful and fresher appearance.
Application:
- Pat around entire eye area, avoiding lids.
- Use twice daily with continued use.
