The Control Paste™ Finishing Paste by Aveda gives your look medium yet flexible hold and strengthens the natural structure of the hair. Whether loose or stringy, upright or tousled, this creamy wax is suitable for all hair types, providing a carefree style with a smooth, matte finish. Aveda's brand aroma, with organic grapefruit, ginger, geranium and many other pure flower and plant essences, will enchant your senses.
Application:
- Rub the product between the palms of your hands and work it through dry hair with your fingertips.
- If necessary, you can also apply more of the product.
Tips:
- For a dramatic look: Emulsify the paste between your fingertips, then glide your fingers down individual sections of hair.
- Braids: Apply the paste to damp or dry hair before braiding or tying a ponytail to hold the strands together and create a smooth, controlled finish.
- Re-styling: If your hair has been styled with Control Paste and you want a new look, start by blow-drying the hair. This will cause the Control Paste to melt, allowing you to restyle your hair. While the hair and the product cool down, you can reshape your hairstyle.
